  • Pretty Little Moments offers Day-of Wedding Coordination, Micro Wedding Coordination, Elevated Tea Party Experiences, and Event Planning Support for non-wedding celebrations. Everything we offer is designed to help you feel supported, present, and able to truly enjoy your event.

  • We’re local to the Bangor, Maine area and primarily serve the surrounding region, but we’re always happy to travel! If your event is a bit further away, a travel fee may apply.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, as dates can fill quickly. That said, if your event is coming up soon, it’s always worth reaching out - we’ll do our best to accommodate if we can!

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly - usually within one business day!

  • Absolutely! We love creating experiences that feel personal to you. Whether it’s specific colors, themes, or special touches, we’re always happy to help bring your vision to life.

  • A 50% retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your event date and my services. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event.

  • I do have a small inventory of decor rental pieces that my clients are welcome to rent from at an exclusive rate! I also have a few larger items such as an 8×10 drapery backdrop, a champagne wall, 3 arches with covers, and 2 - 40 inch pedestals with florals.
