At Pretty Little Moments, we believe thoughtful wedding coordination begins well before the wedding day itself. From the moment you book, we’re here as a resource throughout your planning process - someone you can reach out to with questions, guidance, or support along the way.
Our Day-Of Coordination experience becomes more hands-on 4–6 weeks prior to your wedding, allowing us to step fully into your plans, organize the final details, and ensure everything comes together seamlessly. From that point on, we take the lead in coordinating logistics so you can feel confident, supported, and fully present on your day.
Once you inquire, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to connect, go over your vision, and make sure we’re a great fit. After booking, we’ll meet (in person or via Zoom) to go over details and begin preparing for a smooth, joyful celebration, and you’ll receive a curated vendor list and planning checklist to guide you through the remaining steps.
Day-Of Wedding
Coordination
Approximately 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we will meet for a detailed planning session to review all logistics and officially transition coordination responsibilities. We will thoughtfully review every aspect of your day, including:
• Vendor contracts and responsibilities
• Wedding day logistics and event flow
• Ceremony and reception timeline
• Décor setup plans and design details
• Any remaining planning gaps or questions
Following this meeting, Pretty Little Moments will take the lead on organizing the final details of your celebration. We will:
• Create a comprehensive wedding day timeline
• Organize vendor contacts and logistics
• Coordinate communication between vendors
• Reach out to all vendors 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding to confirm arrival times and final details
• Finalize ceremony and reception flow
• Provide guidance and support leading up to the event
On your wedding day, Pretty Little Moments provides attentive on-site coordination, ensuring every detail is executed smoothly and every transition throughout the day feels effortless.
Services include:
• Creating and managing the wedding day timeline
• Coordinating vendor arrivals and setup logistics
• Directing the ceremony processional lineup
• Overseeing ceremony and reception flow
• Assisting with décor setup as discussed in advance

For larger celebrations or events requiring additional coordination support, an assistant coordinator may be required to ensure the event runs smoothly. Events with 125+ guests or complex logistics may require an assistant, which will be discussed with the couple in advance.
